Mountain Nightmares prefer to nest high in the wintery peaks of the Frozen Tundra, where they hunt Yak along the steep cliffs. Because the oxygen is so thin at these altitudes, these Nightmares conserve their firepower. But when they do shoot, they never miss!

For dragons that hail from icy temperatures, Mountain Nightmares are surprisingly warm, social creatures. They tend to flock closely and huddle even closer at night to share body heat and insulate their young.
