The Underwood Voltknapper has such an aura of legend surrounding it that it is difficult to separate myth from reality. Stories about these Dragons are found in folk tales all over the Barbaric Archipelago, but it is a challenge for the astute Dragon historian to discern the truth about this fascinating creature.

This task is not helped by the difficulty in finding Voltknappers. Both of the parent species are known for their reclusive natures, but in joining the strange habits of the Boneknapper and the elemental power of the Skrill, we find an even more hermetic personality.

On rare occasions when Underwood Voltknappers appear, clad in the bones of other Dragons, wreathed in the otherworldly blue lightning crackling through their bodies, it is no wonder that the ancient peoples of the Archipelago mistook these imposing figures for something divine in nature.
